SpiderDAO is bringing its Liquidity as Utility (LaU) program to users of Hypersigns’ premier authentication solution. The strategic partnership will allow a wide community of $HID holders to benefit from SpiderDAO’s privacy services after the token’s launch on June 3rd. This includes free access to SpiderDAO’s decentralized VPN service by just participating in the $HID liquidity mining program.
Hypersign will also benefit from SpiderDAO’s Hardware DAO solution to improve its efforts towards better identity and access management. The tool is already used to manage KYC Verification and Password Free Access Control for SpiderVPNs users. It will now help Hypersign secure user data by combining digital identity with blockchain. This involves the integration of biometrics to provide password-free authentication, authorization, and verification that is fully compatible with OAuth.
Nathan Varty, CEO at SpiderDAO, believes that the partnership between both parties will help build a “decentralized ecosystem,” as “more users access decentralized financial services.” The decentralized router-based VPN service is known for combining hardware and software tools with on-chain elements.
The team recently shared important updates on its 2021 roadmap. Besides the LaU program, SpiderDAO launched its Polkadot testnets for its DAO and dVPN and completed milestones for its Android and iOS apps. It also saw the implementation of SpiderDAO Nests for long-term holders, the creation and sale of the first SpiderDAO NFTs in collaboration with PolkaPets, and a listing on Liquid Exchange.
Going forward, SpiderDAO expects to build a bridge between its ERC20 token holders that will give them access to the SpiderDAO Parachain. The next few months will also see the launch of its smartphone and desktop native apps which are set to include the SpiderDAO wallet and governance features. More so, important partnerships will continue as a collaboration with dVPN partner Sentinel takes place.
CTO Anas Sayed shared his excitement about these developments, claiming that the team “has yet again exceeded all expectations when it comes to the rollout of our project.”
