Orochi Network Raises $12M to Transform Blockchain Data Integrity

Key Notes

  • Orochi Network aims to eliminate reliance on oracles by developing a unified ecosystem for secure and verifiable blockchain data.
  • The company received backing from leading investors and grants from major blockchain foundations to support its technology expansion.
  • Its infrastructure integrates advanced cryptographic solutions to ensure seamless data verification and interoperability across decentralized systems.

Orochi Network has secured $12 million in funding to advance its Verifiable Data Infrastructure, a technology designed to enhance data integrity and security in blockchain systems. This investment will enable Orochi to expand its capabilities and eliminate reliance on traditional oracles.

Presto Labs, Smape Capital, Anti Capital, Maxx Capital, Bolts Capital, Aza Enterprises, Connectico, Kyros Ventures, and Titans Ventures are among the top investment firms participating in the funding round.

Additionally, Orochi has gained support from the broader tech community through grants from the Ethereum Foundation, Mina Protocol, Web3 Foundation, and BNB Chain, further validating its technological vision.

Expanding a Verifiable Data Infrastructure for Web3

The network aims to tackle the reliance on oracles by creating a unified ecosystem that eliminates the need for the tool entirely. Orochi’s infrastructure focuses on key aspects such as data integrity, seamless interoperability, and scalability. The technology stack includes advanced components such as ZK-data-rollups, Verifiable Data Pipeline, Hybrid aBFT Consensus, and Merkle DAG structures.

These technologies work together to deliver provable data authenticity through cryptographic verification, enhanced security via transparent and auditable processes, and seamless integration with various systems.

Mary, Orochi’s CEO, stated that the funding will support growth by strengthening systems, reaching more users, and establishing key collaborations to broaden access to reliable data. She said:

“We are thrilled to have secured this substantial funding, which validates our vision for data integrity and availability. This investment will enable us to scale our infrastructure, expand the market, and forge strategic partnerships to bring the benefits of verifiable data to a wider audience.”

Strategic Partnerships and Industry Collaborations

The company has already built over 80 partnerships with industry leaders, including Nexus Labs, Mina Protocol, Lumia, Aligned Layer, 0G Foundation, and Base. These collaborations foster innovation and strengthen Orochi’s position in the tech community.

Plume Network recently integrated Orochi Network into Plume Nexus to enhance its on-chain data framework with ZKP-powered technology. This collaboration aims to improve security for real-world assets while supporting a scalable and regulatory-compliant financial ecosystem.

Orochi’s Orocle and Orand solutions will be incorporated into Plume, offering reliable data feeds for decentralized applications and providing developers with trusted randomness.

Through the use of Orochi’s secure verification system, Plume’s network will benefit from ZKP security while ensuring the efficiency required for broader adoption of tokenized real-world assets.

Orochi has also formed a partnership with Rivalz Network to enhance the connection between AI and blockchain technology. This effort seeks to advance the integration of artificial intelligence within decentralized ecosystems, opening new opportunities for innovation.

The startup company attracted more than 2.25 million users to its Airdrop Arcade on Bybit Web3 in January. This level of participation further shows the network’s reach within the Web3 space.
