KuCoin is confident that the launch of Windvane will mark an important turning point in the exchange’s development and penetration into NFT space.

Cryptocurrency exchange KuCoin launched Windvane – a native NFT Marketplace that is to act as a launchpad for new projects launching in the KuCoin ecosystem. The Windvane marketplace is set to launch its first sales starting from June 20, 2022, with the debut of the Zzoopers Genesis collection.

According to a press release, the Windvane marketplace is designed as a decentralized, full-feature NFT trading venue that will support multi-chain integration and a host of crucial functions for its users. Among the latter are NFT minting, trade, exchange and management, with exceptional focus on user engagement and empowerment. Windvane is also expected to solve most pain points encountered by NFT market users, including high fees, value offering search difficulties, and high entry and participation thresholds.

The exchange has also announced that Zzoppers is set to become the debut project that will kick off the operation of Windvane. Zzoopers is an NFT project focused on the collection of 5,555 animal avatars that sport unique and vibrant digital designs, as well as personalities. The Zzoopers Genesis NFT collection of anthropomorphic animal characters, including the Tiger, Elephant, Panda, Unicorn, Cheetah, Deer, Fox, Monkey, Penguin, and Rabbit, will launch sales on Windvane starting from June 20, 2022. A whitelist event will be held through Discord and Twitter on Windvane from June 3 until June 17, with the aim of selecting 500 winners who will participate in the initial sales.

KuCoin is confident that the launch of Windvane will mark an important turning point in the exchange’s development and penetration into NFT space. Given the extensive functionality of the NFT Marketplace, the KuCoin team believes that Windvane will attract the attention of NFT traders and enthusiasts, as well as collectors looking for unique digital assets and promising projects at affordable fees.
