Cat Meme Coin Achieves New ATH, Leaving Dog Tokens in Dust

Simon’s Cat (CAT), a cat-themed meme cryptocurrency, has surged to a new all-time high, skyrocketing 139.50% in the last 30 days.

Digital assets based on dog memes have always been an integral part of the crypto sector, and now it seems that cat-themed meme coins have found their time to shine. Simon’s Cat (CAT), a meme coin that debuted on leading crypto exchange Binance’s BNB chain on August 22, has quickly climbed to achieve a new all-time high (ATH).

The current market cycle has seen massive gains printed by meme tokens on Solana, Tron, and Ethereum blockchains. While dog-themed meme coins have always shown impressive performance, the recent surge in CAT’s price confirms that cat tokens also have significant potential.

CAT achieved its new all-time high at $0.00003371 around ten hours ago from the time of publication and has since then, dropped 4.27%. The meme coin has a market capitalization of $214.74 million and a trading volume of 120.42 million, which dropped 20.10% in the past 24 hours.

Simon’s Cat is currently trading at a price tag of $0.00003179, down 0.39%. The meme coin dropped to a daily low of $0.00003052 and then rose to a high of $0.00003371 in the past 24 hours. A total of 6.75 trillion CAT tokens are in circulation, while the total supply stands at 8.1 trillion CAT and the maximum supply is 9 trillion CAT tokens.

It is important to note that in the past seven days, Simon’s Cat has surged an outstanding 37.53%, while in the last 30 days, it has printed 139.50% in gains, outperforming the majority of meme coins in the digital asset space. In the past week, POPCAT rose 28.7% and now trades at $0.6605; MEW surged 6.9% and is priced at $0.004238; and MOG rose 31.4% to $0.051008. Additionally, the fifth-largest cat-themed meme coin, Kittecoin (KOIN), has skyrocketed 56.6% to $0.1753 in the last seven days, outperforming Simon’s Cat.

Other major gainers in the meme coin sector include SUNDOG, which is up 58.02% in the last seven days, and Neiro Ethereum (NEIRO), which is up 95.59% in the same period.
