Jenner has responded to queries about Arora’s involvement with the JENNER token.
American media personality Caitlyn Jenner has publicly accused meme coin collaborator Sahil Arora of a scam involving her newly launched cryptocurrency token JENNER. The allegations follow a series of questionable celebrity token launches that took place on May 26. JENNER’s launch particularly saw tongues wagging as its market cap soared to $43 million within the first 24 hours, only to nosedive by nearly 53% to $20.3 million soon after.

In a recent X post, Jenner has responded to queries about Arora’s involvement with the JENNER token.

While her response suggests that there has been a significant fallout between Jenner and Arora, the American celebrity has reassured her followers that the token still holds true as she is not abandoning her crypto venture. She noted this in a further writeup, saying “JENNER isn’t going anywhere but up”. The former Olympic decathlete also appears to suggest that Arora may have distanced himself from the project, at least, for now.
Meanwhile, the crypto community is questioning the legitimacy of Jenner’s recent posts. Some users still suspect that the messages may not have been from her. This line of thought is further fueled by recent events involving American rapper Dimitri Leslie Roger, aka Rich the Kid (RTD). RTD also recently pointed accusing fingers at Arora, claiming that he hacked his X account to promote the RICH token, another one of Arora’s controversial projects. Part of RTD’s statement reads:
“This guy pretty much made a pump-and-dump and dumped all the money into his account and blocked me.”
Roger’s claim reflects a growing frustration among celebrities caught in Arora’s schemes. Per Jenner, the recent turn of events may have damaged Arora’s reputation, especially within the celebrity circle. Hence, there is a chance that launching more celebrity coins in the future may become extremely difficult, she submitted.
More Accusations
Some keen-eyed observers have somehow added to the intrigue surrounding this alleged scam story. A pseudonymous crypto investigator Roxo has discovered that a wallet address linked to Jenner’s promotional posts matches one previously associated with adult content creator Kazumi. Kazumi’s account was similarly hacked to promote the ZUMI token just days earlier. Roxo, who claims to have been tracking Arora’s activities, put out the theory that Arora may have “socially engineered” Jenner’s team to boost the JENNER token launch. However, the ploy was always to manipulate the market for his personal gain, Roxo concluded.
Roxo claims that Arora dumped all the tokens from the deployer wallet after launching it and getting Caitlyn to promote it.
